Health Facilities in Altit

As Altit village is in proximity of Karimabad and Aliabad town therefore people availed the facilities available in these villages. Presently the village is facing great problems due to unavailability of hospitals and health centers. The women due to lack of maternity home in the village were facing great difficulties for delivery and other health problems. For this purpose they have to go to Karimabad or Aliabad towns at about 4 to 8 kilometers. The distance from health care facilities compounded by lack of transport, were leading to lower health service and delayed diagnosis and intervention, with lower levels of attendance for subsequent treatment.
