All organizations, research institutes, educational institutions and individual researchers and scholars who have been involved in research, exploration, socio-economic development and cultural and environmental conservation through collaborative and action research projects in the Northern Areas of Pakistan are invited to attend the conference.

It is expected that around 25 international researchers and scholars and around 30 national and international researchers and representatives of development and conservation agencies representing the public, private, academia and the civil society sectors will participate in the conference.
