		Mountcon is a local for-profit organization in the Karakoram region that works with the objective to promote, document and disseminate indigenous knowledge to make it part of global learning and creates partnerships with national and international organizations, researchers and students to make their research work on the region accessible to local people to enable them to improve the body of local knowledge and research.
